AORTA is a not for profit, 4 day camping event that strives to foster an environment of creative self-expression. A space where participants feel wholey and honestly supported in being their best and truest selves without fear of discrimination. A space where they are valued for who they are regardless of their race, belief system, sexuality, age or lifestyle choices. Each year we come together to create a temporary community of art, music, love...and some good old fashioned shenanigans! Everyone is encouraged to participate, while at the same time, we ask that they be self reliant able to hold themselves accountable for how we each affect the world around us. We do not make messes for others to clean up and do not bring problems to others doors. We live for your art and music and creativity!!!!
